Staff Reminder: Start Your Licensure Renewal Process for 2009 Now

Renewal of License For 2009:
The HPDC committee encourages all
staff who must renew their license this year to start the process
now. If you have all your professional development complete, please
send it with the application for renewal to me. If you have college
transcripts on file in the personnel office you wish to use for
renewal, attach a note so I will know to use them. Please be aware
that only professional development activities completed after your
IPDP was approved can be counted for renewal. Another reason
for renewing soon is that if you have completed fingerprints within
the last 12 months that ODE receives your application, you will not
need to pay for another set. They will use those that were
completed. Be aware that you must have a valid license on
file on the first day of your new contract in order to be paid next
year.
