1st Semester Renaissance Activities
2009-10 1st renaissance activities began with students eating lunch off campus on Sept. 30th. 76 students enjoyed lunch at Dairy Queen, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pasquales, Magee's or Wendy's.
Gold and white card students enjoyed a morning of bowling at Highland Lanes on Oct. 22nd.After bowling 71 students ate lunch at the bowling alley, #1 Chinese, Taco Bell, Burger King or Arby's.
The final trip of the semester rewarded gold card members. On November 19, they traveled to Scallywag lasertag followed by lunch at Eastgate food court.
Renaissance thanks the athletic department for providing all members with cards allowing them free admittance to games. The boosters also gave free french fry coupons. Hillsboro City school supports renaissance when it transports students and provides substitute teachers.
