HHS Students Participate in Highland County Wildcats game

HHS students who participate on the Highland County Wildcats basketball team played in an exciting game on Thursday evening at Fairfield High School where they beat the Highland County Sheriff's Department 44-40.

HHS Presents Oklahoma!

Save the date: Hillsboro High School will be presenting the musical Oklahoma on April 12, 13, 14.

HHS Students Paint Mural at ODOT

Recently, HHS art students Rebecca R. and Logan C. painted a mural at the Ohio Department of Transportation office in Hillsboro as a community outreach project.

UC Dental Hygiene Students Visit HMS/HHS Classrooms


On March 11, Hope Tira, a 2017 HHS graduate, and other University of Cincinnati students enrolled in the dental hygiene program, visited Mrs. Howland's and Mrs. Harp's classrooms. Students learned about proper care for teeth, foods that are good and bad for your teeth and how smoking and tobacco use can harm your teeth and mouth.  Students were then given the opportunity to practice flossing and brushing teeth.

Hillsboro MS/HS Cheerleading Tryouts for 2019-20 School Year

Hillsboro Middle School cheerleading tryouts will be held March 18-20 for those students entering grades 7-8 for the 2019-20 school year. Informational packets are available in MS office and AD office. An informational meeting will be held on March 11 after school for those students interested in trying out for high school cheerleading. Those tryouts, for students entering grades 9-12 for the 2019-20 school year, will be held March 25-28. Packets will be available in HS office and AD office after the March 11 meeting.

Red Ribbon Week Addresses Drug Free Living

Students at Hillsboro Elementary pledge to live drug free. Red ribbons signified their goal of staying away from drugs.
